Town offices have moved to 336 Town Office Road, from old offices at 308 Town Office Road. Judge Kronau is a retired NY State Trooper and Judge Schmidt owns a farm on the Brunswick/Poestenkill line and The Schmidt Insurance Agency on Rte 43 in Sand Lake. The Court has moved to the new Town Hall located at 336 Town Hall Road at the corner of Rte 7 (Hoosick Road), across from the Center Brunswick Fire Dept. |

About the area |
Settled prior to 1745, Brunswick is mostly a rural (and to a lesser extent, suburban) area which also includes the hamlets/villages of Eagle Mills, Cropseyville, Sycaway, Tamarack, Clums Corners, Raymertown, Mountainview, Haynersville, and Brunswick Center. Population at 2000 census was nearly 12,000. It's just east of the City of Troy. |
