Village court is in session first 3 Tuesdays of the month at 6pm in The Village Hall. Court clerks hours are Wed 8:30 am-12pm & Sat 9 am-12pm |

Village Justice is the Honorable Michael Charles Conway (a really good guy too). Acting Village Justice reported to be Hon. Gregory Harris. |
Prosecutors |
Village Attorney (Freling H. Smith) tries the cases, as well as the County DAs office. Nassau Village has its own police department and State Police issue the traffic tickets, that come through this court. |
