About the area |
In 1943, the then future Supreme Court Justice, Thurgood Marshall won a school desegregation case in Hillburn. The village website's "about" page makes some rather egotistical comments about how special the village is. We at town-court.com think many other villages also maintain basic human values, as well as rich cultural and ethnic backgrounds. Apparently the village of Hillburn's website author lacks some humility. :-) |
