There is also a Palmyra Village Court with sessions in Village Hall. Town offices are in a different location, but the two courts seem to work together, both relying on Helga Haak as court clerk, and judges seem to be the same. |

About the area |
Palmyra is a great place to visit historical sights, attend a church pancake breakfast, or just sit by the river. People kayak, canoe, and boat all through the summer. They have a festival called Canal Days and there are several events that take place. The town and village offer great restaurants and places to stay. During the winter visiting is great as you can cross country ski or take a walk in the nearby woods. |
