About the area |
Every year the village and town get together for the Wayne County fair. Many of Palmyra's village and townspeople enter their homegrown produce, their livestock, and some attend the demolition derby and figure eight car contests. Great place to find some good food and wonderful entertainment. Many good hotels and motels in the area and accomodations for the weary tourist. The fair is usually the second weekend in August so mark it on your calendar. |
