About the area |
Even the family of President Arthur found their home in this town for a few years back on 1830's. His family arrived years after the town was established in the early 1800s. The town shares the love for outdoors recreation with the Perry Village residents and the constant correlated activities have built strong "bridges" between these communities. Silver Lake is quite close, and looks like one of the Finger Lakes, but we're not sure it gets included. Kinda the black sheep of that family perhaps. |
