About the area |
Being one of the few towns in New York named after Levi Benton, it was previously called the "Town of Vernon". It doesn't have its original geography because the town size was reduced once the Town of Milo was founded. A blessed land that is agrictulturally orientated on the Finger Lakes region grosses great vineyards and pasturelands, settling the atmosphere into a refreshing old fashioned town from the big state of New York. |
