The clear sky seems to be the eternal flag of this community irrigated by the Ohio River. This member of the Point Pleasant micro area selected the City of Gallipolis as its county seat. Home of more than 10 townships and 6 municipalities, this county is still fighting poverty without much success yet. The Rio Grande Village seems to be the peak of the iceberg where the state government should start its economic reconstruction project. |
