Chattanooga is a landmark of OK itself. The Wichita Mountains are un-miss-able. We had to invent a new word because it would exactly describe the feeling we get. It has been declared as a wildlife refuge in 1901. There must be a reason and that is, it is an island with mixed prairie grasslands. The natural landscape that is complete with rocks is unexplainable and cannot be put into words. This is where you encounter the American Bison, White tailed deer and the Texas longhorn cattle…! Some places really have the luxury to boast about themselves.
