Thought you would never see a two-headed lamb? Well there is one in the basement of the Fossil Museum owned and operated by the City of Fossil. Indeed there are also fossils displayed here as well as treasures and artifacts representative of the history of the town. The town was given its name by by an early settler, who discovered fossil remains on his ranch.
