Springfield is located very close to the Edisto River and is a quaint town actually. The bets celebrated festival here is the annual governor’s frog jump festival. It is more popular as a historic district and a ghost town. However the best time to visit would be spring as the city is in full bloom in all aspects. You get some awesome barbecue food here.
