Davy Crockett Lake is actually stuck in between Nolichucky Dam and Nolichucky River. It is the best picnic spot ever because one side it is the gushing river and on the other side it is dam. The best view is when the Dam gates are opened. Fishing is not allowed here because they are under the protection zone. Forget the fishing rods when you can swim with them!
