About the area

The Appalachian Caverns are by far one of the best out door places to go to in Tennessee. For several years these caverns lay undiscovered and unexplored and some animals found refuge in these caves. It was actually a home used by the Native Americans and they held secret and special meetings here. It is a nice weekend spot to visit along with kids.
