Nested between Brewster, Culberson, Hudspeth, Pecos, Presidio, and Reeves Counties; this territory has plenty of interesting locations to visit such as Ikins Ranch, JN Camp, Moore Ranch, Mitre Peak Camp, and Davis Mountains State Park. Valentine and Fort Davis are the only two communities in this territory, served by Valentine Independent School District and Fort Davis Independent School District. Created in 1880s, this portion of Texas as a total area of 2265 square miles of extension and it is the Davis Mountains, a popular site for camping and hiking.
