About the area

Crandon is a small town with lots of outdoor activities and bald eagle sightings. It is the home of World Championship Off-Road Races. Highways include US 8 and WI 32 and 55. Tragic incident in 2007 when an off duty part-time officer for the Police Department shot 7 people aged 14-20 and killed 6 of them.
