Comments	Henrico Court is practically next door to the Parham Hospital, and there's a cute spot named Rocky Branch even closer. The wrong crowd from the high school can walk across the street to deal with their issues. Or maybe they'll just skip over to Hoehns Lake.
About the area	The independent city of Richmond is the home of the county justice entities and it's also the county seat, even though it technically is not part of the county. This community has a very interesting financial background since tobacco became part of the panorama back in early 1600's. A quaint variety of tobacco came to Henrico from Spain and Trinidad and Tobago; this gave birth to the successful introduction of tobacco crops in this land.
