About the area

Jerry and Willard Church worked towards the construction of the first action and economic plan for Lock Haven back in the 1830s, giving the community the bases necessary to welcome the lumber industry by the end of the 19th century. History and beauty go hand by hand in this municipality county seat of Clinton County, home of more than 9100 residents and just 2.5 square miles of territory. The former inhabitants of this land went through more situations than any other community located along the course of the Susquehanna River has faced. And like many of them; nowadays its the home of several small companies and manufacturing industries.
