Latrobe has a historical downtown filled with old factories and railroad tracks. Rolling Rock was once brewed here, and the Pittsburgh Steelers hold their training camp down the road at St. Vincent College. Surrounding Latrobe is nothing but mountains. You can feel the change in elevation as you ascend, so hopeless nose-bleeders might want to give up the wheel to tougher noses. They named the area airport after Arnold Palmer. Must have something to do with Latrobe Country Club.
