About the area
Blountsville was built on land originally owned and ceded by the Creek Nation. Each October the Annual Blountsville Harvest Festival Car & Truck Show is held at We-Tote-Em Upper Parking Lot. This is a non-judged show with cash and door prizes drawings instead of awards. The Blountsville Municipal pool is a favorite spot for residents to cool off in the Summer.
