The OZ Museum is a must see for any visitor to this city. Here you will find if not the largest than one of the world's largest collections of OZ memorabilia. There are first edition books from the early 1900s, through silent films of the 1920s and the famous MGM motion picture of 1939. Another wonderful place to visit is the Columbian Theatre. This building, originally known as the Rogers Music Hall, was built in the mid 1890's and adorned with artifacts bought by its builder at the close of the 1893 Columbian Exposition and World's Fair in Chicago. Renovated in the early 1900's it closed its doors for what was to be 40 years around 1950. Around 1990 a restoration project was started and the building is now a center for the arts.
