Lucas has some of the quirkiest attractions seen anywhere. This sculpture garden garden has some of the strangest statues created by a Civil war veteran who wasa resident of Lucas was a patriotic American, lover of freedom, and hater of the conspiratorial trusts. On his "Goddess of Liberty" tree, Ms. Liberty drives a spear through the head of a trust octopus, as free citizens cut off the limb that it rests upon. To greet you at the entrance there is a concrete Adam and Eve and bove them on tall concrete pillars are the Devil, frolicking concrete children, and two love storks. The Garden of Eden is listed in the National Register of Historic Places and has within its gounds a stone log cabin home and a mausoleum where its creatorand his first wife are buried. Lucas is also home to the traveling museum housing the Worlds Largest Collection of the Worlds Smallest Versions of the Worlds Largest Things Traveling.
