Warsaw Circuit Court

Warsaw Circuit Court is the circuit court of Benton County in the Thirtieth Judicial Circuit of the Missouri Circuit court system.

Drake Harbor and Recreation area was purchased by the city after construction of the Truman dam. Its facilities at the harbor include a concrete fishing ramp, fishing docks and a four bay boat dock. The recreation area has in it playground equipment, a gazebo, festival areas surrounded by a walking track and regulation horseshoe pits. Throughout the first half of the 1800's when Warsaw was a thriving river town on the Osage River; steamboats lined the river bank, loading and unloading goods and passengers, along the downtown and this area was known as Steamboat Landing. Now this area has a boardwalk, which is part of the Water and Trails system and will eventually handle up to 64 boats.
