Fayette Circuit Court is the circuit court of Howard County in the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit of the Missouri Circuit court system. Hearings for city ordinance and traffic violations in the city of Armstrong (SR 3 and SR V) are held in this court.

About the area

If you visit Fayette, a city of close to 2,700 people, you will be treated to the sight of a large number of older homes and buildings which are listed in the National Register of Historic Places. The Fayette Festival of the Arts is held each year right after the start of August. There are several enjoyable activities in which to partake at this event including an art show at the Howard County Courthouse, music throughout the day, vintage motorcycles and cars, a quilt show, kids games and best of all lots of food.
