The huge GE Silicones plant is the county\'s largest employer. It's big enough to get lost in. Waterford is at the point where the Mohawk and Hudson Rivers meet, and is home to a big tugboat event every year. Caught between Saratoga, Troy and Albany, it seems to have the closest connections to Troy though more people probably work in Albany.
