**The physical address is actually 201 North Court which is right on the corner with Bolivar. The 400 Bolivar address is just for a location pin point on the map.
About the area
Texas Gatorfest is the place to be during September. This Festival is very popular with over 20,000 visitors; it has alot of concerts, mostly country western. They also have airboat rides, over the wetlands, which are a ton of fun and I'm sure you'll see a few gators.
