Fillmore County Justice Court is the Eastern branch of the MIllard County Justice Court. It handles all violations occurring throughout the county, as does the Delta County Justice Court, with the exception of those occurring within the city limits of Delta and Fillmore. |

The city of Fillmore has four parks; North park, Blue Star Park, Wildlife park and Territorial Statehouse State park. North park has within a skatepark. East Millard Swimming pool is another facilities available to residents. Old Capitol Arts & Living History festival is held each year in September at Territorial Statehouse park. Included at the fair are living History exhibits, demonstrations, artist and artisan booths, a food court, live entertainment, judged art show, children activities and a quilt exhibit. Fillmore Municipal airport is located to the East of the city and can handle aircraft up and including up to a King Air 200 and those weighing 36,000 pounds. |
