About the area

Several Native American tribes conducted for quite a long time the destiny of Winchester and prepared this land of valleys for the coming settlers. The tribes left a very fertile and well treated surface for explorers and pioneers. The progress in this city was evident since the 20th century, when the government of this community brought Thomas Edison's invention to light this territory before many major locations even dreamt about it.
I-81 runs north through Winchester on its way to the Canadian border.
The common goal in this governmental union is the creation of the best public and political services for the citizens of both communities. The bonds created by this amalgamation have given plenty of positive results to government and authorities, making processes more dynamic and efficient. Now, the energy of both communities is routed in the right direction.
