Morgantown Circuit Court

Morgantown Circuit Court is the Seventeenth Circuit Court of Monongalia County in the Judicial Circuit Court system of West Virginia.

The Morgantown History Museum in this city has as its stated goal making accessible exhibits which preserve and promote local and regional history. The museum displays some rotating exhibits and exhibits which include the Summers Printing Press display; Morgan Shirt Company display with a sewing machine and shirt patterns and items manufactured for Polo, Brooks Brothers, and Calvin Klein and the Metropolitan Theater Display. There are other exhibits which display the industrial history of this city. The General Woodworking Company display with a model of showcase house which was located on the roof of this company. The glass exhibit with President's House stemware, Christmas tree stack jars, chanticleer cocktail glasses, swirl tumblers, and candleholders made by the Morgantown Glassware Guild's artisans. The exhibit for the Morgantown Ordnance Works which produced chemicals needed for the manufacture of atomic bombs. The Seneca Glass company exhibit of artifacts such as commemorative glass bells, platinum-trimmed stemware, and hand-cut and hand-etched glassware.
