Monticello Circuit Court is also known as the Tenth Judicial Circuit Court of Drew County in the Arkansas Judicial Circuit court system. It is located in the same building as the Monticello County court.

About the area

Lake Monticello, a few miles northeast of the city, is known as a place where you can catch some nice size large mouth bass. Besides the fishing and boating on this lake which is over 1,500 acres in size; the area has picnic areas, an on-site bow range, and a radio controlled airplane landing strip. One entry to the area has a boat launch, covered picnic areas, and a pavilion. The other entry point has a boat launching ramp, a fishing pier, Harold West Park with a covered pavilion, covered picnic tables and a children's playground. If you take the time you will also be able to spot the large number of migrating birds, the residential deer and even an eagle.
