This town is growing and updating itself with its government having recently moving into a new town hall. To continue growing the town just annexed approximately 4 square miles N and E of the downtown area.As in other towns along the Delta; this town too has its Mississippi Blues Trail marker located at the intersection of what once was the Peavine Railway branch and SR 446.
