About the area

Vineland is the largest city in Cumberland County and has nearly 57000 residents. Though largely urban, the outskirts of the city are still rural. The city is well-known for the Vineland Produce Auction, which is largest farmer's cooperative on the east of Mississippi. County routes 47, 55, 56, 540, 552 and 555 run through Vineland. The city has an array of malls - Sing Mall, Autocare Mall, Cumberland Mall, several schools and almost a dozen hospitals. Cumberland Mall is located on Delsea Dr which also houses NJ's only drive-in-theater. Being a big city, Vineland does have some crime.

Aug 15 2009 07:51:39: New Jersey Sucks!! PERIOD!! NJ has done nothing but screw me since I became 18 (Now 32) by way of Driving License, to Child Support to childs mother (took over $10,000.00 even though child was not in mothers custody) and it is proven she collected by fraud. NJ says "take it as a lesson learned" so think really hard before moving to NJ.
Oct 21 2008 03:26:41: Vineland is a somewhat big city and it's just as full of crime as a big city and it's surrounding cities like Bridgeton and Millville are disgusting places to live because of the crime so Vineland......don't make it seem like you are better.
