Oct 31 2006 04:59:18: I havent seen any Troopers handling tickets in Tonawanda Town Court. Kevin Stocker in the Town Prosecutor and quite a nice guy. Although Judge Caruso allows them, Judge Gruber does not allow a Waiver of Appearance on vehicle and traffic matters so attorneys should have his or her client present. Like most of the Courts in Erie County the ADAs usually do not remain in one Court for very long. Expect a long wait for criminal matters.
