| About the area |
Located in the Town of Hempstead, Lawrence is one of the "Five Towns" (which really aren't towns at all) but are a group of 5 communities that border with Queens County. The Five Towns are the villages of Lawrence and Cedarhurst, with hamlets of Woodmere, Inwood and the Hewletts. Lawrence was originally developed as a summer resort, but now is primarily residential with population over 6500. The post neighborhoods called "Back Lawrence" finds many huge mansions, villas and former plantations with some dating from Colonial America.

Village Prosecutor is Ronald Goldman, but we don't think he's related to the guy OJ killed. Oh, wait. OJ was found not guilty, right? So someone else killed the guy. And hey, this is convenient. The village has a golf course, so OJ is probably out there right now looking for the real killer on the golf course.
