Court is located on the second floor of City Hall. Judge Smolkin served in the military, including a year in Vietnam. You have to appreciate his service to our country. Not so sure about his stint with the IRS though - well, someone has to do it. "Hot Pepper" Tepper was a lifeguard and went to Michigan State, so he's probably had some fun in his life. Hopefully he hasn't stopped.
