Dec 16 2010 22:23:44: Watsons Christmas Gift: Judge orders rehab for Man and no rehab will take him because according the rehab rules the Man has been clean for a long period of time, thus does not fit the requirements of rehab. Judge decides to place Man in jail until the Judge can find a Rehab facility to accept the Man. Seems like the Judge has an agenda, perhaps one not as honorable as his title suggests.
Dec 16 2010 22:23:23: It seems that a Lockport Drug Court Judge has biased tendencies regarding a recent case... Unrealistic Demands made by Judge & his Drug Court System places Hardworking Lockport Man in poverty. Judge suggested that the man go on Welfare rather than stay employed. How is a Hardworking Man suppose to respond to such a statement? Question: so is there an agreement with the welfare system that helps keep Lockport Drug Court in operation? Currently as a result of the Mans struggles to keep up with the massive amounts of fees needed to remain in the Drug Court Program the Man had no other option but to opt for jail time. Smoke and mirrors seems to be the Lockport Drug Court Biography. Lockport Drug Court was said to be a way to help people but in many cases it destroys lives. Someone with some reporting clout should dig deeply into Lockport Drug Courts Procedures, Cases and Common Practice.
