Judge David J. Sosovicka has a high volume of traffic citations for drivers who get confused with all the alternative routes set up around his district due to construction. Admittedly, the signs ARE confusing, so be careful you`re not heading down a one-way road the wrong way.
I-78 and Route 28 coming north out of Pittsburgh cross right near the Cheswick District Court, so there's plenty of speeding tickets and DUI cases from both highways, as well as other roads in the area.

District 05-3-03 serves the boroughs of Cheswick, Oakmont, and Springdale, and the townships of Harmar and Springdale. Cheswick has a great afternoon bar called Big Dawgs, and Oakmont is famous for its golf course which has hosted the United States Open Golf Championship eight times! Golfers consider it one of the toughest courses in the world. Trust me: you have a better chance at beating a felony charge in Oakmont than its golf course.
