If you want to see how living was here in the 18th century take a trip to the Wells Log House circa 1788. This structure originally intended for demolition is now on the National Register of Historic Places. All has remained as it was originally; there are no plumbing fixtures. The fireplace is as it was warming the kitchen and the main rooms. One of the buildings main features are the old log beams.
