The officers use threatening tactics with inexperienced youthful drivers.<br> Judge Cione is bias on the side of the police force. The Village of Goshen is also a speed trap.<br> ALWAYS plead not guilty and get a laywer to represent you in this court.<br> One young man refused an illegal search of his car and was issued a ticket for a violation that never happened. <br>[Editor's Note - plenty of places profile young drivers.]
