Larimore Municipal Court

SR 18 runs through the length of Larimore.

The Larimore Dam Recreation Area and Myra Arboretum is located a little to the Northwest of Larimore. Picnic areas are located throughout this area and the lake is ideal for canoe or paddle boat rides. There is a softball diamond, horseshoe pits, volleyball nets, playgrounds and hiking trails in the park. Campers are always welcome here with over 140 overnight camp sites with water and electric hookups and comfort stations with showers and flush toilets are part of the campground facilities. Visit the arboretum and see if you can distinguish the more than 500 varieties of trees and shrubs. When you are back in the city go to their community museum which has exhibits such as a a military room, a music area, an old school room, an old time kitchen and antique furnishings.
