With three highways cutting thru (17, 208 and I-87) this court is fairly busy. Expect a wait if you ware coming here for traffic tickets. Please note: The court is not located on Stage Road. That may be where the Village Court is located.
Used to be a PO Box for the court - PO Box 449. But we're told that's no longer used. |
| About the area |
Although Monroe was made famous by its many mills and blacksmiths it is still far from an industrial town. Nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian mountains it is surrounded by rolling hills and dairy farms. As with much of New York it has a long and varried history that is supported and nurtured by a very active historical society. Sites of intrest include and a historic village, theatre, and several mills and smithys.
