Former Genesee county land, two years after the town foundation the territory was reduced when the Town of Gainesville was created. The residents of Warsaw proudly brag about their Warsaw Falls located on Stony Creek which flows into the Genesee River. Even when this rich God's creation is on private land the owner still shares the falls beauty, the hiking trails and the tunnel under the railroad grade with all the visitors.
