About the area
Gold Beach is the county seat of Curry County and is located at the ocean end of the Rogue River. Gold Beach Municipal airport, managed by the Port of Gold Beach, provides a scenic view to all landing aircraft. Its single paved airstrip runway is approximately 3200 feet in length. With its miles of pristine sandy beaches; Gold Beach is a major getaway for people living in the Willamette Valley.
