District 10-2-03 covers the boroughs of Manor and Trafford as well as Penn Township. It is home to Kistlers Par Three, Miniature Golf, and Driving Range. As you might guess from the name, District Justice Kistler is related to the owners. Stop in and tee it up. Just don`t aim at the cars passing along the far end of the driving range!
