District Justice Eckels is the co-founder of the Mt. Pleasant Drug Awareness Group. He has also partnered with local officials to launch the Child Identification Program, which will photograph, fingerprint, and DNA test children in order to help future cases involving missing children. He obviously has an intent focus on keeping the youth safe, drug-free, and accounted for.
