| About the area |
Before pioneers settlers came to this area in the late 1870's it was inhabited by hunters and Native american warriors. The coming of the railroad brought agricultural settlers to the area. School was not established here until around 1907 with the opening of an elementary school. The The Clearfield Community Arts center presents musical theater performances as well as proving classes in the performing arts and the arts. The Clearfield Community band puts on musical performances here as well as at the North Davis Jr. High school.
