About the area

Each August the city of Fultondale celebrates its beginning with the Fouder's Day festival at Black Creek park. What could be better than to have a free admission to the live entertainment and food expo at this city party. The city now has a Sky Watch Surveillance Tower a fully mobile police observation and command center. This manned command center that can be elevated to a height 28 feet above the ground is equipped with two camera systems that are capable of discerning a tag number at more than 1000 feet and an infrared camera has night vision capabilities with zoom up to 1000 feet.
