Piggott District Court

Piggott District Court is a district court in Clay county and is located in the same building as the circuit and county courts. Us 62 makes its turn in Piggott and both US 49 and SR 1 make an appearance in town.

Piggott provides several sites and buildings to provide for the recreational and liesure activity needs o fits residents. They include the Piggott Community center, Piggott public pool, Heritage park, Independence park, the Tennis courts, Skatepark complex and Basketball courts. The center has a gymnasium, exercise room, executive room, craft rooms, dining room and kitchen and a computer room. Heritage Park is a great plce to enjoy some leisure time, enjoy some entertainment or spend a lazy afternoon with its stocked fishing lake, pavilions, picnic grounds, amphitheather, walk track, playground equipment and a fishing dock. Independence Park is a fully functional ballpark with illuminated fields, picnic areas and playground.
