Lee's Summit Municipal Court

SR 291 runs through Lee's Summit, meets with IS 470 in the Northern part of town and meets with US 50 in the Southern part of town.

The city of Lee's Summit provides many facilities for the recreational enjoyment of its residents. There are three community centers, one sports complex, an aquatic center and 28 parks. The Legacy Park Community center provides within its approximately 58,000 square feet a gymnasium, indoor aquatics, racquetball, cardio aerobics and cycle rooms, elevated walking track and community rooms. The newly renovated Hartman Park Sports Complex features several softball fields with lighting and fencing, irrigated fields and crush limestone infields as well as a full service concession stand and playground. Summit Waves is a fairly new family aquatic center with an over 900 foot action river, a body slide, a tube slide, a six lane lap pool with diving boards, a water playground area featuring mini-slides and dump buckets. Legacy park is the city's largest park covering over 692 acres in which there are soccer, softball, baseball and football fields; shelters; a lake; a disc golf course; an amphitheater;a playground; a trail over 4 miles long; practice fields; a fishing dock and scenic overlook along the lake.
