The Charleston Civic center and its connecting coliseum are spectacular buildings. The civic center is a grand convention center with meeting rooms and over 52,000 square feet of exhibit or banquet area and the coliseum seats over 13,000 people. These facilities are the scene of sporting events, concerts and other productions such as Cirque du Soleil. In addition the facility hosts such annual exhibition shows as the Wedding Expo, West Virginia Hunting and Fishing show, West Virginia International Auto show and Capital City Art and Craft show. The center also has a two parking structures with over 2,000 parking spaces.
