Interesting trivia about Bovina is that it is known for its butter. There are many dairy farms in the area and they send their delicious milk to be made into this creamy product. The butter is so great, it has even made it to the table in the White House. The farmers ship it in bulk and the sizes range from 24 pounds to 50 pounds. Now that\'s a lot of butter! Bovina is also know for its beautiful fall foliage which is at its peak around the beginning of October.
